Cafe Blue Irish Town

On another day out with the bf, we decided to take a random drive up to the hills of Irish Town, the air was cool, the views were breathtaking, and the vibe was great. It's good to step back and take time out to chill with the one you love and forget about all the stresses in life.

On the way back down, I glimpsed a tiny little coffee shop perched right on the side of the road, so we decided to stop and have a quick drink. I had a mango smoothie and a red velvet cupcake topped with white chocolate shavings and he had some espresso. It was a quiet and romantic break from all the hustle and bustle of life in Kingston. Here's a few pics

Cafe Blue is also located in the Sovereign Center, Ligueanea, if you're interested. This location, is a bit smaller, but it's a great departure from the fast paced lifestyle.

Neon Nails NOTD

Neon is without a doubt the most popular trend for the summer; and I think neon nails are the perfect accessory for a beachy summer day. Just imagine the colours on your toes running through the sand or even with your cutest sandals. Ohhh, I can't wait for those summer days! Until then...

Have a lovely day

La Turista OOTDs

So I know I have been MIA for a while, but I was doing a bit of travelling over the Easter break. I visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and also Singapore. I had a really great time and I have to say that Singapore is an AMAZING city, which I really hope I get to visit again. I wanted to share with you 'its and bits' of my trip...especially a few of the outfits that I wore while site-seeing.

I packed light for the trip, so some key items are consistent in my pics - my shoulder bag and my sandals. My shoulder bag is perfect for sight-seeing as it freed up my hands a lot, and I can wear it as a cross body bag which allows me to have it directly in front of me, which is good because I was constantly in and out of the bag. The size was also perfect as it held my camera, wallet, maps, and a bottle of water (the essentials). It's also good that I wore comfortable foot wear as I was running around the cities trying to see as much as I could.

Carnival Make Over Part 1

Carnival is the time to bring out those bright bold colours, all the gems and feathers you can find and TONS of glitter, and the best thing about it is... there are no rules to follow!!! you could do wild and crazy things with your makeup, and the more colours the better.

This year I did makeup looks for my two gorgeous friends this year. This is Ruth

She opted to keep her makeup simple with added gems on her temples.
How do you think she looks?
